1. Single Membership Plan
Vyralify operates on a single subscription membership model (INR ₹499/month or USD $19/month). There are no hidden upsells, tier restrictions, or locking contracts. One active subscription unlocks all curriculum lessons, templates, community access, and AI Creator credits.
2. Cancel Anytime Policy
You have full control over your membership and may cancel at any time directly through your Cashfree / Stripe portal or by emailing support. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current paid billing period; no future recurring charges will occur.
3. Digital Product & Instant Access Refund Terms
Because Vyralify grants immediate access upon payment to proprietary digital templates, AI generators, swipe files, and downloadable strategy guides, subscriptions are non-refundable once content access has been granted for the billing cycle, except where required by law or in verified cases of duplicate accidental charges.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you suspect a duplicate payment or billing discrepancy occurred during checkout, please contact our support team at support@vyralify.in within 7 days. Verified duplicate charges are refunded immediately to your original payment method.
